Our Limited Edition Swing Coat returns in a glorious rust and brown check, made in British wool blend especially for autumn and winter. After causing quite a stir at our fashion show, we’re delighted to bring this special edition to Foxies who appreciate beautiful cloth and a warm winter hug - with fabulous style, of course.
Inspired by an original American late 1940s coat, its generous swing shape carries effortlessly into the early 1950s. Wear over wide-leg trousers and a favourite knit for everyday adventures, or a pencil skirt for a smart silhouette.
The distinctive spear-shaped collar is taken from an original 1940s example, raised at the back to hug the neck. Padded shoulders create that wonderfully strong period shape, balanced by full sleeves with turn-up cuffs and a lovely sweep through the body.
Warm, practical and full of character, this is a coat to look forward to wrapping up in. Made in limited numbers, for many autumns and winters to come.
