We've compiled a list of our frequently asked questions to help you with your shopping experience with us.
Will I get charged import duty now the UK has left the EU?

Now that the UK has left the EU, your order may attract VAT, custom duties and a clearance/handling fee. This is determined by the customs authorities in your destination country. Please note that you will not be charged UK VAT - this will be removed automatically from your order at checkout when you select your country from the drop down list.

What times are you open so I can telephone?

We’re open Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm GMT. If you have any queries please call us between those hours on 01422 376461 or email: info@20thcenturyclothiers.co.uk.

Do you have any shops/stores I can visit?

We do not have any ‘House of Foxy’ stores you can visit, however we do have stockists all around the world. Please visit our Stockist page for a full list of our stockists.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange a garment for a different size (of the same product only), please add a note of this on your delivery note. If the product is out of stock in the size you have opted for, then a refund will be processed instead and we will contact you to let you know. Please note, we cannot offer exchanges for different products. How long will it take for my refund to show in my account?

Your refund will be processed within 10 working days upon receipt of the returned goods to our premises. Please be aware that once your refund has been processed, it can take 3-5 days to appear in your account. This is beyond our control and is dependent on your payment provider.

Do you sell men's clothing?

Do you sell gift vouchers? If so, are they sent via post or email?

Yes we do!

Our Digital Gift card is available to spend online, on any item on this website. The voucher will get sent directly to your recipient’s inbox, perfect for last minute gifts and because we email the voucher, postage is free.
