We've compiled a list of our frequently asked questions to help you with your shopping experience with us.
Plane Import Duties & Taxes for EU Customers Plus

From 15th December 2025, we are now able to process your country's VAT and duties at checkout. This means that your goods will no longer be held up by a customs process and will be delivered direct to you.

Please note that you will not be charged UK VAT - this will be removed automatically from your order at checkout when you select your country from the drop down list. If you return your goods, due to the EU customs process the EU taxes cannot be refunded.

From 1st September 2025, we are now able to process your duties and tariffs at checkout. This means that your goods will no longer be held up by a customs process and will be delivered direct to you via FedEX.

If you return your goods, due to the customs process regretfully, the duties and taxes cannot be refunded.

Plane Import Duties & Tariffs for Rest of World Plus

All prices are shown ex UK VAT when your country is selected. Upon entry to your country, your goods will be held in customs and you are likely to incur a fee (tax and duties) for these goods to be released to you.

If you return your goods, due to the customs process regretfully, the duties and taxes cannot be refunded.

Cash I dont live in the UK. What currency do I pay in? What about taxes? Plus

Due to currency conversion rates imposed by payment providers on both businesses and customers, we now process payments in GBP only. During the checkout process, you will see an estimated value in your own currency but at the payment stage, you will be charged in GBP and your own bank will convert the amount. This is the cheapest solution for our customers.

Please also note that the website automatically deducts GB tax (currently 20%) from any overseas customer.

Custom tariffs and handling fees vary according to each country.

Briefcase I am in the EU. What is GPSR and how does it apply to me? Plus

In December 2024, the EU brought in new rules on all imports into the UK. This is called GPSR and was created to ensure all products conform to safety guidelines to protect consumers. The House of Foxy products are fully compliant - the information is provided specially for customs and government representatives.

Store Do you have any shops/stores I can visit? Plus

We do not have any ‘House of Foxy’ stores you can visit, however we do have stockists all around the world. Please visit our Stockist page for a full list of our stockists.

Refresh Do you offer exchanges? Plus

Yes, we offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange a garment for a different size (of the same product only), please add a note of this on your delivery note. If the product is out of stock in the size you have opted for, then a refund will be processed instead and we will contact you to let you know. Please note, we cannot offer exchanges for different products. If you have any queries regarding exchanges please email us at hello@thehouseoffoxy.com or call during our office hours on 01422 376461.

Wallet How long will it take for my refund to show in my account? Plus

Your refund will be processed within 10 working days upon receipt of the returned goods to our premises. Please be aware that once your refund has been processed, it can take 3-5 days to appear in your account. This is beyond our control and is dependent on your payment provider.

T shirt Do you sell men's clothing? Plus

Gift Do you sell gift vouchers? If so, are they sent via post or email? Plus

Yes we do!

Our Digital Gift card is available to spend online, on any item on this website. The voucher will get sent directly to your recipient’s inbox, perfect for last minute gifts and because we email the voucher, postage is free.
