A revival to one of our best selling 1950s dresses (the wrap circle dress) - in sumptuous red heavy crepe. This is an exquisite dress - and super versatile... perfect for parties or picnics!
Based on an original 1950s dress, we chose this design because it fits womanly figures beautifully - making the most of one's curves. If you are busty, this dress gives plenty of room and due to the batwing sleeves that cover the upper arm, is comfy and easy for movement.
The clever design of fullness in the bust and upper arms, under bust waist band and then the full circular skirts creates the ultimate 1950s hourglass silhouette (with minimum effort).
Waist band under bust creates the shapely nipped in 1950s wasp waist together with a full circular skirt which drapes beautifully. There are over 3 metres of fabric in this little stunner!
Lovely details include ruching on the sleeve and a slight raise in the neck collar - making this dress so beautiful and yet simple.
