Faithful to original 1930s styles, this skirt has some key 30s vintage features and is produced in a gorgeous mid weight salt and pepper tweed 'look' wool fabric from Yorkshire Mill Abraham Moon that has a touch of stretch.
Typical of the 30s, this skirt reaches mid to low calf on average height ladies. The style is fitted down the hip and thigh and flutters out at the bottom into the iconic 1930s style. With 7 gores - the style is fairly faithful to 1930s original styles.
The skirt has a modern back zip and shell button fastening and is part lined.
Fabric: 98% wool, 2% elastane & lined in polyester stretch lining
Length from natural waist: approx. 31 inches
We recommend dry clean on this garment
This skirt is made from fabric that has a 'touch' of mechanical stretch in it. The waist band is fixed with button fastening. Skirt is very fitted at the hip at the top so we advise to select size via waist and hip.

This skirt is beyond divine! A perfect fit, it looks like it was made for me. The flared style is gorgeous, the perfect vintage look that still fits in the modern office environment. The fabric itself is wonderful quality and it is beautifully made. I can tell this will be a wardrobe staple for a very long time.
This is my third flutter skirt and I love this one! The wool fabric is soft and warm but not too heavy or itchy. I feel like this skirt is welcome at the office or on the dance floor--the cut is so flattering and the half lining keeps everything smooth. Thanks for another winner, HoF!
