Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email from theHouseofFoxy.com. Please hold onto these for reference purposes. NB: please check in your spam/junk folders for this email if it hasn't arrived in your inbox.

*Orders are being processed Monday - Friday. Cut-off time for our Next Day Delivery service is 2.30pm. Our offices are closed weekends and bank holidays.

*Please note that should your order contain an item which has been purchased on a "made to order" basis, the remaining order will be held safely on our shelves until all items are ready for despatch.

We cannot ship to post offices or parcel lockers. Parcels addressed to either will be returned to sender. 

 

UK Customers

The above services require a signature on receipt. If you are not going to be in to sign for delivery, you can nominate a Safe Place. This needs to be done at the time you place your order in our comments section.

 


EU Customers

For smaller packages, we use Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed or International Signed service. For packages over 2Kg we may split your order into 2 boxes or send with DHL.

Please remember that customers outside of the UK will have UK tax deducted during the checkout process as they are likely to incur customs fees at their country's rate when their goods arrive.

For smaller packages, we use Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed or International Signed service. For packages over 2Kg we may split your order into 2 boxes or use DHL.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

******EXTENDED RETURNS FOR CHRISTMAS PERIOD******

Purchases made during December for gifts are subject to extended returns. Please add the note in the comments section ‘Christmas Present’ and you will automatically be given a return extension of an additional 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please re-pack any garments you wish to return securely and ideally in the original packaging with all tags, including your returns slip and send back to:

We unfortunately cannot offer free returns and would advise you to use a Tracked and Signed Service as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

*Overseas customers

Please make sure to label your parcel correctly as "Returned Goods of UK origin". Please also ensure a customs declaration form is completed for your return. This may be a CN22, CN23 or commercial invoice and will vary between couriers. Failure to complete customs declarations correctly may incur import duties which will be deducted from any refund. You can find pricing information in your confirmation email or by logging into your customer account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reciept and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like headwear, jewelry and opened tights and stockings.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get your exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
All refunds will be processed via your original method of payment within 10 business days from receipt of goods back to our premises. This includes the original costs for standard postage if ALL items from an order are being returned. We cannot, however, refund upgrades for Express or Next Day Delivery services.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and show the refund in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@20thcenturyclothiers.co.uk.
