*Orders are being processed Monday - Friday. Cut-off time for Next Day Delivery services is 2.30pm. Our offices are closed weekends and bank holidays.
*Please note that should your order contain an item which has been purchased on a "made to order" basis, the remaining order will be held safely on our shelves until all items are ready for dispatch.
UK CUSTOMERS:-
We can offer you 3 main delivery options (items are processed Monday to Friday):
1. Standard Delivery - Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within four working days. This is a tracked service. The cost of UK postage is £3.50.
2. Express Delivery - This is the Royal Mail 24 hour tracked service - aiming to deliver in 1 to 2 working days. This is a tracked service The cost of delivery is £4.50
3. Next Day Guaranteed - This is a next 'working' day service via Royal Mail or DHL. This is a tracked service. The cost of this is £10.00. Available on all orders placed before 2.30pm.
*If you require a next day Saturday delivery please select this option at the checkout before 2.30pm on a Friday. This service guarantees delivery of your parcel before 1pm. The cost of Saturday Guaranteed delivery is £15.
**the above services require a signature on receipt. If you are not going to be in to sign for delivery you can nominate a Safe Place. This needs to be done at the time you place your order in our comments section.
EU CUSTOMERS:-
For smaller packages we use Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed or International Signed service. For packages over 2Kg we may split your order into 2 boxes or send with DHL.
The cost of EU postage is £10. Allow 5-7 working days after processing.
*Please remember that customers outside of the UK will have UK tax deducted during the checkout process as they are likely to incur customs fees at their country's rate when their goods arrive.
REST OF THE WORLD CUSTOMERS:-

The cost of worldwide delivery is £15. We cannot determine time of delivery - but it is usually between 5 - 8 working days

Please note we cannot ship to post offices or parcel lockers. Parcel addressed to either will be returned to sender.
