Due to pandemic restrictions, we have extended our returns period for anything purchased from 1st December onwards. Please dont worry if you need to send anything back and you find you cannot do so within the 28 day period - please just get in touch quoting your order number to notifiy us of your return and we will place a note on your order. Send back just as soon as you can.
Returning an order should be a straightforward and easy process and we appreciate your time and effort.

Please re-pack any garments you wish to return securely and ideally in the original packaging with all tags, including your delivery note and send back to:

******EXTENDED RETURNS FOR CHRISTMAS PERIOD******
Purchases made during December for gifts are subject to extended returns. Please add the note in the comments section "Christmas Present' and you will automatically be given a returns extension of an additional 14 days.
Please make sure you label your parcel correctly as "Returned Goods of UK origin".
Please return one copy of the delivery note provided within the box back to us and hand the other one to your courier as proof of returned goods from UK origin.
Failure to do so may incur import duties which will be deducted from any refund. DO NOT USE FEDEX FOR YOUR RETURN!
Our garments are not mass produced but are made with much love and care. We are a small business and every single piece counts.
We greatly value your custom and we know you also expect a high quality product and service from us.
In the unlikely event that we receive any of our garments back in any other than their original and re-sellable condition - we albeit regrettably but categorically reserve the right to a) reduce or fully retain your refund and b) even part with perpetual offenders*.
